1. Timeframe & conditions

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision within 30 days (see Contact ), then return the products within 14 days of this notification.

2. Return Procedure

1. Send your request to: info@velavici.com indicating the order number and the items concerned.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Carefully pack the product and drop off the package as instructed. Keep the proof of posting.
4. Ship the package within 14 days of notification.

3. Fees & Reimbursement

• Return shipping costs : to be borne by the seller (prepaid label provided).
• Refund : within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment , whichever comes first.
• Method : via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
• Initial costs : the initial delivery is €0 ; no additional costs are charged for delivery in France.

4. Product Condition & Depreciation

You can handle the item as you would in a store to verify its nature, features, and proper functioning. The product must be returned complete (accessories, instructions, any gifts), in a condition suitable for resale. Original packaging is preferred when possible.

A depreciation charge may be applied if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for simple verification.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights under legal guarantees in the event of non-conformity or hidden defects.

5. Legal exceptions

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Sealed goods cannot be returned for hygiene/health reasons if they have been unsealed.
• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Digital content supplied on an intangible medium, if performance has begun with your express agreement and waiver of your right of withdrawal.
