1. Purpose & scope

These Terms and Conditions govern B2C sales concluded in France via the website velavici.com , published by VIVAZZ LLC (USA), trading as Vela Vici . The language of the contract is French.

2. Products, prices including VAT & availability

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of VAT , regardless of the order amount (e.g., €50 or €1,000 inclusive of VAT). Delivery charges to mainland France are €0 (free delivery) .

No additional charges (VAT/duties) are required upon delivery in France , regardless of the order amount. For orders over €150 , VIVAZZ LLC covers import duties and taxes via Incoterm DDP shipping (no advance payment required from the recipient).

Offers are valid while they are displayed on the website, subject to availability. Photos are for illustrative purposes only. Essential features are described on each product page.

3. Ordering Process

1. Product selection and addition to cart.
2. Validation of the shopping cart and entry of delivery/billing information.
3. Display of the summary (price including VAT, delivery €0) and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Secure payment and order confirmation on durable medium via email.

Before submitting, you can correct any errors. Orders are archived for any amount exceeding the applicable legal threshold and remain accessible to the consumer upon request.

4. Payment & Security

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay . Payments are processed via Shopify Payments with TLS/HTTPS and 3-D Secure where applicable. Fraud checks may be performed. The descriptor that may appear on your statement is: SP*VELAVICI .

An invoice is sent by email after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery & Transfer of Risk

No additional charges (VAT/duties) for delivery in France , regardless of the order amount; for orders over €150, delivery is under Incoterm DDP (duties and taxes are covered by VIVAZZ LLC). Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon physical delivery of the goods.

6. Right of withdrawal (30 days)

You have 30 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision. To exercise this right, contact us at info@velavici.com or use the standard form below.

You must return the products within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. We provide a prepaid return label (shipping costs are covered by the seller). The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment (whichever comes first).

Products should only be handled as they would be in a store; any depreciation resulting from excessive handling may be charged to the consumer.

Legal exceptions : goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized; sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection if they have been unsealed; digital content supplied on an intangible medium the performance of which has begun after the consumer's express agreement and waiver of their right of withdrawal, etc.

7. Returns & Refunds

2. Receive the prepaid label and return instructions.
3. Ship the product within 14 days of notification.

5. Refund within 14 days after receipt/proof of shipment, via the same payment method when possible.

Incomplete, damaged, or depreciated returns due to excessive handling may be subject to a partial deduction. Exchanges may, where applicable, be treated as a new contract.

8. Legal Guarantees

Regardless of any commercial warranty, the consumer benefits from a two-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery of the goods. They may demand that the goods be brought into conformity, repaired, or replaced, or, failing that, that they receive a price reduction or the contract be terminated, in accordance with applicable law. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within two years and for any hidden defects, in accordance with applicable regulations.

9. Complaints & Mediation

If you encounter any difficulties, you can send a complaint to info@velavici.com . If you are not satisfied with the response, you can use the free online dispute resolution procedure via the European ODR platform : ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law . For consumers in the European Union, the mandatory provisions of their country of habitual residence remain applicable. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the consumer protection rules applicable to consumers (including the possibility of bringing proceedings before the courts of their place of residence).

11. Evidence & Archiving

Confirmation emails, transaction logs, and electronic records maintained by VIVAZZ LLC and/or its service providers will be admissible as evidence. Contracts are archived under reasonable security conditions and for the legally required retention period.

12. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions

VIVAZZ LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The applicable version is the one in effect on the date of the order; the update date is shown in the header.
