1. Zones & Carriers
- Area served : Metropolitan France (excluding overseas departments and territories).
- Carrier : international carrier, assigned according to the order, with tracking .
- Name of the method displayed at checkout : “ Express Delivery ” (priority preparation).
2. Deadlines & cut-off
- Preparation/shipping : 1–3 business days .
- Cut-off : 12:00 (CET/CEST) for possible same-day shipping.
- Estimated transit time : 15–25 working days (international standard).
The indicated delivery times are estimates and may vary (periods of high activity, security checks, events beyond our control).
3. Delivery costs
- Metropolitan France : €0 (free delivery) .
- No additional delivery charges in France : VAT and duties are covered by VIVAZZ LLC , regardless of the order amount. For orders over €150 , shipping is handled under Incoterm DDP (no payment required from the recipient).
4. Tracking & Receipt
- Tracking : You will receive a tracking number by email upon shipment.
- Delivery address : Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address (name, number, street, postal code, city). Once submitted, changes may no longer be possible.
- Reception : in case of absence, the carrier can reschedule a delivery or leave at a collection point.
5. Delivery incidents
If your package is delayed or damaged , please contact us as soon as possible at info@velavici.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the packaging/product. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
- Package not received : report within 7 days after the estimated delivery date to allow time for investigation.
- Damaged package : keep the packaging and provide photos for the case investigation.
6. Quick FAQ
The shipping method is called “Express Delivery”, but the transit time is indicated as 15–25 days?
Yes: "Express" describes our priority preparation (1–3 days) . Standard international transit remains 15–25 business days , with tracking and free delivery .
Are there any delivery charges?
No. In France, no additional charges (VAT/duties) are requested from the recipient, regardless of the amount; VIVAZZ LLC assumes these costs (DDP over €150).
