This page outlines the accepted payment methods, transaction security, and our billing and refund policy.
1. Accepted payment methods
- Bank cards : Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Digital payments : Apple Pay, Shop Pay
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments . We do not accept cash, checks, or cash on delivery.
Currency : All transactions are conducted in euros (EUR) . Prices displayed on the website and at checkout are inclusive of VAT , regardless of the order amount.
2. Security & anti-fraud measures
- Secure TLS/HTTPS connection and processing by compliant providers ( PCI-DSS ).
- Strong authentication ( 3-D Secure ) when required by the issuer or regulation.
- Anti-fraud checks: In the event of an alert, a manual verification may be carried out, which could delay shipment. Orders that are clearly fraudulent are canceled and refunded.
- Card data: we do not store your full card numbers; payment data is tokenized with our service providers.
3. Invoicing (including VAT) & description
- Invoice : sent by email after payment, issued by VIVAZZ LLC — Vela Vici .
- Price inclusive of VAT : the invoice shows prices in euros, including VAT (TTC) . Delivery charges: €0 .
- No delivery charges in France : VAT and duties are covered by VIVAZZ LLC , including for orders > €150 ( DDP delivery).
- Bank descriptor : the entry that may appear on your statement is: SP*VELAVICI .
4. Refunds
Refunds related to a cancellation or return are made in accordance with our Returns & Refunds page: we refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment (whichever comes first).
Once the refund has been issued, the time it takes for it to appear in your account depends on your bank/issuer (usually 3 to 10 business days ).
5. Payment FAQs
Do you offer payment in installments?
Not at the moment.
Is the total at checkout the final price?
Yes. In France, the price shown includes VAT and delivery is free . No additional charges (VAT/duties) are requested upon delivery, regardless of the amount.
My payment was refused; what should I do?
Check the information you entered, your card limits, and/or try again using a different method. If you have any doubts, contact your bank or write to us at info@velavici.com .
