Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery Timeframe: Orders usually arrive within 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping Cost: Free shipping.

Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship worldwide only.

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order in our system and have begun processing it.

Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our tracking page to see where your package is. If you don't receive it or it doesn’t work, please contact our customer service.

Order Shipping
After placing your order, we need 1 to 3 business days to process it. Once processed, your order will be shipped and usually arrives within 5 to 9 business days.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Delayed Orders
If the maximum time for processing and shipping has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don’t worry. Please wait up to 2 additional days and remember to use your tracking number. If your package still hasn’t arrived after that, contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Did your package arrive damaged or with incorrect items? No problem. Please take photos of the issue, include a brief explanation, and contact us with your order number.
